General Purpose:

Plans and performs technical activities to service the customer independently directly or through customer interface.

Main Responsibility Areas:

Plans and executes technical tasks according to given tasks, along with existing processes and instructions. Works with the responsibility of responding to customer problems directly or through internal customer interface. Solves technical problems.

Key Tasks:

  • Contributes to the development of the construction project plan with the Team.
  • Manages and coordinates the construction works activities according to project plan, quality, costs and deployment processes.
  • Ensures that detailed site construction design respects all requirements including local standards and regulations.
  • Ensures construction works is performed according to detailed design, customer guidelines and Nokia standards.
  • Ensures all issues are solved and escalates the deviations when necessary.
  • Conducts site visits and site construction acceptance with suppliers and with customer when required, and manages clearance of site construction defects with suppliers.
  • Validates and ensures as-built documentation accuracy and availability.
  • Ensures that deployment management relies on fact-based and verified schedules and forecasts.
  • Collects actual services delivery performance information and determine the causes to any perceived deviation.
  • Collects information to provide latest estimates to completion.
  • Organises training and provide support to the local construction suppliers as required.
  • Monitors and controls services delivery against quality processes and operational KPIs.
  • Follows up service supplier performance
  • If requested, executes above-mentioned activities in other support-site/country.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Good understanding on Telecommunication, Construction Works and IT knowledge
  • Excellent English and communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Willing to work under pressure and deadline
  • Familiar with Nokia Radio product 2G/3G/4G
