Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Finance/Legal Location: Indonesia Job Description

Perform as an individual contributor, manage Logistics consumables
Monitor logistics buyers to ensure smooth and strong support to Operations/Business Units
Liaise with related stakeholders to address business requirements and support with aligned timeline
Report and update procurement tasks to Head of Procurement, Senior Management Team, and other related stakeholders whereas required
Output clear and comprehensive procurement reports
Independently handle procurement projects including but not limited to complex framework projects
Negotiate contracts commercial terms and improve price competitiveness with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings
Monitor and advise on any issues which present risks and/or opportunities to the Management
Work closely within procurement team and review opportunities for continuous improvement and business improvements
Adhere to any health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of self, staff and visitors
Build, maintain and manage supplier relationships and keep up good communications
Ensure that a professional, ethical, and consistent approach is taken in managing supplier relationships
Ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures
Assess and evaluate suppliers and contribute to performance reviews to ensure contract compliance

Job Requirements 1. Experienced in handling Logistics purchase category
2. A minimum of 5 year-experience on the above fields and/or industry is preferable
3. Able to build and maintain effective and productive relationships with team, stakeholders and suppliers
4. Good communication, negotiation, interpersonal and influencing skills
5. Analytical, numerically astute with strong problem-solving abilities
6. Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks and achieve set targets
7. Able to work well under pressure and handle fast-pace, emergency and changing situations
8. Keen attention to detail and accuracy
9. Familiarity with logistics and e-commerce industry would be beneficial
10. Demonstrate English fluency for work and report purpose
