Job Description

Qualification and Skills:

  • Min. Diploma degree, majoring in Mechanical Engineering (preferable)
  • Min.3 years of experience in the same position
  • Skills in Autocad, Maintenance, and Ms. Project
  • Good communication in english and interpersonal skills
  • Dynamic, pro-active and possesses self-motivation to stay engaged
  • Experienced in handling contractor/vendor
  • Ability to manage cross-department coordination
  • Willing to be located in Bandung, West Java, Indonesia

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage building facility management service.
  • Maintain operational building&shopfloor maintenance.
  • Maintain assets and buildings complying by company regulations.
  • Manage in control of budgeting in facility departement.
  • Handle civil and mechanical projects according to the timeline target.
  • Assist and manage issues related to vendors.
