Responsible for assisting Assistant Chief Engineer in the overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty.
At all times is expected to lead, by being a role model and benchmarks his guest service standards that sets the levels to be attained by all staff.
Responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Asst. Chief Engineer for the efficient overall day to day operation of the hotel whilst on duty.
Assists the Asst. Chief Engineer, controls over all personnel in the department, manage work crews on their day-to-day operation.
Sets up and monitors the duty rosters, handles technical drawings, duty log, records and store inventory.
Helps in preventive maintenance planning and gives practical advised.
Co-ordinates with staff of other departments regarding repair work proceeded and follows up until the work is done.
Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints.
Work Experience
Has experience at the same position at least 2 (two) years
Desire to progress within the Hospitality industry
Sparkling personality, positive attitude and good communication skills
Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
Excellent grooming standards
Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
