Job Description
  • Responsible for assisting Assistant Chief Engineer in the overall day to day operations of the hotel whilst on duty.
  • At all times is expected to lead, by being a role model and benchmarks his guest service standards that sets the levels to be attained by all staff.
  • Responsible and accountable, under the direction of the Asst. Chief Engineer for the efficient overall day to day operation of the hotel whilst on duty.
  • Assists the Asst. Chief Engineer, controls over all personnel in the department, manage work crews on their day-to-day operation.
  • Sets up and monitors the duty rosters, handles technical drawings, duty log, records and store inventory.
  • Helps in preventive maintenance planning and gives practical advised.
  • Co-ordinates with staff of other departments regarding repair work proceeded and follows up until the work is done.
  • Oversees the daily movement of guest activities and be able to resolve any guest complaints.

Work Experience
  • Has experience at the same position at least 2 (two) years
  • Desire to progress within the Hospitality industry
  • Sparkling personality, positive attitude and good communication skills
  • Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
  • Excellent grooming standards
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
