Coordinate with with multiple team such as Data, Performance, Digital Marketing, Finance and stakeholders in preparing billing data to clients every month
Create monthly reports of billing data and contract related data
Familiar with excel (pivot, vlookup, if function) / willing to learn
Familiar with google suite (docs & slide)
Enjoy working with number and raw data
Having good analytical skills and able to multitask
Determines nature and appropriate destination of incoming phone calls or electronic mail queries.
