About the Role As our Graphic Designer, you’ll be an instrumental cog in the Creative wheel of Gojek that directly impacts the company’s visual communication outcome. Collaborating with all departments in Gojek, as well as with external stakeholders, you'll get to build a strong visual concept that will capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the stipulated message. You'll have ample opportunity to flex your ideation and creativity skills, bringing ideas to life through innovative, eye-catching design. Your work will help Gojek communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate all who see it.
What You Will Do
Oversee all design projects and the creative process end-to-end - from conception to delivery
Create visual concepts specializing in 3D and develop the overall layout and production design for campaign deliverables
Build strong visual communication projects to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers
Participate in creative ideation and create collaterals
Ensure the products created are user-friendly and maintain brand consistency
Coordinate between Marketing and Creative teams to ensure smooth flow of work
Stay up to date with the current trends in the creative marketing field
What You Will Need
A Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts or a related field
At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer specializing in 3D, or as a senior designer
Expert proficiency with the following design software and editing tools: InVision, Adobe, Corel DRAW, and Balsamiq
Excellent communication, prioritization, and time management abilities in order to ensure projects are delivered on time
A passion for the creative field
Ability to learn new tasks quickly and with a tech-savvy perspective

What is Creative Labs? A bunch of creative geeks? A cult of mad scientists? The truth is… we’re a combination of both! As part of the Gojek Marketing Team, we’re made up of Project Managers, Account Managers, Strategists, Copywriters, Graphic Designers, Art Director and Social Media Creatives who work together to turn business objectives into creative outputs. Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, our main focus is to create the right communication - copy, visuals, medium included - to heighten user acquisition.
We want to convey to as many people as possible the value of Gojek’s products in solving everyday problems - from food, transport, to payments - and easing our daily routines. We prioritize in-depth understanding of our target audience, and craft all of our creative campaigns based on these findings. Some of these past campaigns include Foodiskon, Ramadan, “It’s OK To Be Lebay”, and J3K. Currently, our team has been working on a lot of innovation and promotional campaigns, which will help Gojek maintain our leadership in the market.
Unsurprisingly, our creative family comprises music enthusiasts, coffee connoisseurs, and movie buffs.
