What Will You Do
Finance & Payment Operations: 1)Improving the COD Collection process and optimizing cash settlement or any supporting tools related to payment operations through FMS optimization. 2) Improving In-store payment operations related to Card Distribution and management, helping with fraud prevention and mitigation process.
Return Item Management & CSR Distribution: Improve end to end process of Return Item Management and its distribution related to the CSR program.
Store Operations Support: Help to manage special case partner’s fulfillment and new store creation process.
3PL Management: Maintain good communication with 3PL partners, control fulfillment rate of each service, sourcing new 3PL options if needed.
General Support: Marketing & Campaign Planning Distribution, Tech/UX UAT Preparation, New features communication, etc.
Ad Hoc: Supporting Field Operations project execution.
What Will You Need
Min. Final Year Undergraduates/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in any field
Experience in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Office (Slide, Document, Spreadsheet)
Have great communication skills and the ability to build good relationships.
Good attention to detail as the task requires handling administrative matters.
Eager to learn, be proactive, and have initiatives.
Ready to work from home or office (if needed).
