TikTok Shop Partners (TSP) are service providers for TikTok Shop sellers to help sellers to manage content creation, shoppable live stream production and assortment selection. Some TSPs could also help manage fulfilment and logistics solutions for sellers too. TikTok Shop Partner Development team will be in charge of identifying potential TSPs and helping them to become successful on TikTok Shop with sellers.

Responsibilities:
Identify the training needs of managed service providers and formulate training plans.
According to the business needs of the TikTok Shop Partner, build a training system and follow up the full cycle of the training project.
Carry out training content output and optimization.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
2-5 years of experience as a trainer, experienced successful experience in organizing training and building a training system.
Strong understanding of influencers, social media, e-commerce, livestreaming, and digital trends landscape.
Strong communication, public speaking, organizational, and time management skills; comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Problem analysis ability, information collection ability, organization and coordination ability, project design and curriculum development ability.
Proficient in English and native Indonesian language.
