About Our Client

Our client is a growing Financial Service start-up that strive to provide and establish an evergreen financial ecosystem. As a Senior Sales Operations Manager, you will define and communicate sales objectives and margin tasks as well as support sales plan goals, assigns individual sales targets, personal objectives, and sales regions.

Job Description

  • Define and communicate sales objectives and margin tasks. Support sales plan goals, assigns individual sales targets, personal objectives, and sales regions.
  • Leads the activation and rollout of systems that allow Sales Teams to be more productive.
  • Identifying, tracking, and analysing key KPIs as well as planning and budgeting processes.
  • Monitoring and analysis to identify possibilities and gaps for profitability.
  • Build close working relationships with the key persons in shopping malls.
  • Conduct briefing and coaching also develop sales person to enhance skill and knowledge.
  • Design, perform, develop synchronization, and provide analysis for all sales booth operational activities.
  • Responsible for managing all sales booth activities, as well as directing and maintaining the recruiting, management, and support of both hired and freelance employees.
  • To guarantee that the sales booth is in the optimal position and that the profitability targets are achieved.
  • The role also contributes to the development and implementation of successful strategies, policies, and practices through working with the upper management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Skilled in effectiveness training, consulting, and directing and assisting a team.
  • Have broad connection with shopping mall in Jabodetabek Areas.
  • Have proven skill in develop and manage sales target & rewards for team members.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in related fields
  • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in Sales Operation
  • Experience in creating and leading big team
  • Excellent analytical and logical thinking skills
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Ability to innovate, develop new strategies, and drive creativity and innovation
  • Ability to adapt and possess excellent relationship building skills
  • Excellent ability to prioritize and communicate in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication in English is a MUST
