Job Description:
  • Checking on document submitted for official store onboarding request (consistency, and details number)
  • Escalate any bottleneck/obstacle that limit official store onboarding process while doing checking
  • Ensure document archiving of official store onboarding process
  • Update latest information of official store onboarding process of each seller
  • Monitor feedback for any problem escalation related to official store onboarding process
  • Assisting PGC OS Ops team in performing document audit of OS Sellers

Job Requirements:
  • Have an internship background or a member of a past organizational group
  • Have good understanding of e-commerce working pace
  • Agile and responsive when given out projects
  • Good teamwork and organizational skills
  • Good time management
  • Meticulous and detailed when given work
  • Have a growth mentality
  • Communicative and enjoys working in teams
