  • Perform initial profitability and risk assessment for any product ideas
  • Assist to complete pricing file note where all the pricing assumptions that were used are listed along with the justifications
  • Prepare spreadsheet and prophet model for pricing and profit testing purpose
  • Assist to complete the product submission document or addendum with comprehensive financial result
  • Work closely with related department in preparing quotation, product specification, product system, marketing materials, etc.
Product Maintenance
  • Review the competitiveness of existing products
  • Answering queries related to technical issues/request on products
  • UAT for new or enhancement products in system maintenance (Life Asia)
  • Review and sign-off for final product specifications
  • Assess feasibility and profitability of Project Approval Requests from distribution channels
Reinsurance Management
  • Negotiating with reinsurers on new and existing products and treaties
  • Obtaining reinsurance rates and terms most beneficial to PLA
  • Prepare reinsurance selection document that including comparison of rates, benefit and conditions among some reinsurers
  • Assist in coordinating signing of reinsurance treaties or addendum
  • Provide regular reporting for reinsurance exposure
  • Yearly review of retention limits
