KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

To operate Styrene Monomer Plant

To apply safety, health and environment procedure

To apply some ISO standards and National Standard

Willing to work with othet section (collaboration work)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare machine and facility of production process before and after operational, to ensure operation machine and facility readiness.
Operate and supervise machine and utility equipment in accordance with the prevailing procedure, to support production process smoothness.
operate, and conduct hygiene activities of equipment in SPD2 field (temperature indicator, pressure, level, strainer, etc), to ensure smoothness of equipment operational and performance.
Take and send product sample on ongoing process, to ensure quality product.
Analyze, prepare (publish MRD), and conduct the addition of used chemicals in process based on terms or procedure, to ensure process smoothness.
Provide field work result report to superior, to give information/ data as superior report material.
Real commitment towards SHEQEn Management and its implementation, participate in SHEQEn related key activities/programs within the Company.
Carry out the waste water management in accordance with the quality management system.
To do TPM program through the EB and offsite area such as AM, FI, 5S.

Education:
Diploma, Polytechnic with chemical engineering background

Experience:
0-3 years
