Job Description

Job Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): Business Law / Commercial Law (E-Commerce)
  • Excellent Communication, Leadership, Organizational and Problem-solving abilities
  • Draft and solidify agreements, contracts, and other legal documents to ensure the company's full legal rights
  • Review agreements with business partners
  • Liaise with government authorities in preparation and completion of all legal documentation
  • Manages Legal projects
  • Identify, evaluate, and address issues of legal risks
  • Identify policies that need to be issued and prevailing policies which need to be amended by regulators for the benefit of the company business
