Job Description

We’re looking for a Project Associate to join our B2B Growth team, to penetrate and grow the business of Glints in new markets such as Australia, Japan, China, and the US as well as launch new products in existing markets.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting GTM strategy development for new markets and products
  • Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, competitor analysis, and understanding of the pain points of the target audience. Work with the content team, creative team, and digital marketing team to develop messaging angles, key visuals, and channel strategy.
  • Managing Campaigns
  • Execute and manage test marketing initiatives in new markets. Perform ongoing tracking and reporting on campaigns. Identify opportunities in the campaigns and optimize them.
  • Sales Enablement
  • Support the development of sales collateral by working closely with the Business Development Team in the respective markets

Who We Are Looking For

  • 1 - 2 years experience in marketing (Internship exp are welcomed)
  • A team player, but also a self-starter
  • Organized and able to multitask
  • Strong communication skills, ability to work with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to use English on a daily basis of working
