As Training Associate, you will be the first line in onboarding thousands of agents to become the most professional agent. As part of the agent operations team, you and your teammates will provide group training, one-on-one guidance, and support to our agents about our apps and provide them skills —helping each agent maximize their potential.

What a day at work for you will look like:
You will provide skill & knowledge training in groups
You will walk the agents through all of the tools they need to be successful on our platform
You will build and maintain respectful and collaborative relationships with the agents
You will able to develop attractive direct selling topics presentation
You will present training materials in front of a big group of people online and offline
You will develop a training plan and hosting the events
You will analyze week-on-week training events to achieve the increase in sales

Sales skills: Experience with pitching, handling & convincing clients, dealing with rejection
Communication skills: Able to listen, maintain the conversation, ask the right questions in the right moment
Have a Bachelor Degree from a reputable university2+ years of experience in B2B or B2C relationship management, community management, training, or customer service, especially in the real estate industry
Proven results in metrics-driven client advocacy and satisfaction environment
Must have strong relationship-building skills and experience maneuvering internally within a large corporation and externally within a client organization
Strong presentation skills needed
Charismatic and can inspire people
Must be articulate, thorough, and a process-minded individual
The ability to pay close attention to detail is a must
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills that allow the person to adapt to people of all types of audiences and backgroundsProactive, energetic, self-motivated
