Job Description

An excellent Head of Client Services job has just become available at a global transaction banking organisation in Jakarta, Indonesia.

About the Head of Client Services Role:
In the business critical role, you will be responsible for providing client support and tracking client requests. Proactive and driven, they you will push projects to completion and respond agilely to changing customer demands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve client issues related to BNPP electronic portals
  • Answer technical or functional inquiries on BNPP electronic portals
  • Escalate issues or requests to production support teams when required
  • Provide re-training for client admins/authorisers/users when requested
  • Perform monthly regulatory reporting related to electronic platforms
  • Coordinate closely with other internal teams on payment investigation
  • Follow up on production incidents and provide proper update to clients
  • Input all client requests in Hobart
  • Monitor client requests until completion
  • Ensure client contact details in the system are updated (may include semi-annual mass mailing exercise to clients)
  • Respond to payments related enquiries
  • Request for bank statement/balance check/audit confirmation
  • Update board resolution/account details
  • Update client pricing set-up
  • Update client interest rates set-up

To succeed in this role, you must be keenly attuned to customer needs and can translate these to product or service or requirements.

Key Requirements:

  • At least three years of banking experience, preferably in customer service or marketing support
  • Good banking and general product knowledge of cash, trade/supply chain and e-banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office applications including Word and Excel
  • Work in close partnership with internal stakeholders to deliver the high quality services to customers
  • Tertiary education
  • Banking experience with knowledge of payment products, processes, and operational risk
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Team player
  • Autonomous
  • Hard worker
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and French is a plus
