dearkamoo is a one-stop gift-service that ensures your gift-giving experience to be hassle-free and memorable, from the gift-selection step all the way to the gift-delivery to your recipient.

Launched in October 2020, dearkamoo has arranged 1000+ gifts for over 200 clients, from personal gifts (birthdays, anniversaries, etc.), to holiday, corporate, and event hampers.

We are now low looking for a Sales Representative (Freelance) to join our team, and together, make dearkamoogrow to its full potential. In this job, you will mainly be responsible for finding potential clients, generating leads, closing deals and exceeding predetermined sales goals.

Sales Specialist

  • Meet the predetermined company targets on the sales quotas
  • Report sales results in a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Implement sales strategies by seeking out new leads proactively and efficiently in person, Whatsapp, social media, email and phone call
  • Contact, approach and set up offline and online meetings to persuade potential B2B & B2C clients to use our service
  • Create and send compelling messages, decks or visual material to show them who we are and what we can offer
  • Perform regular follow-ups through phone calls, emails, or social media to potential leads.
  • Be the first point of contact for new clients and determine the next steps for each client moving forward
  • Increase sales through various marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia) through ads and various strategies
  • Provide superior customer service, to every customer, equally
  • Research thoroughly target customers and develop strategic approaches to increase the customer base
  • Expand company sales and exposure through events and bazaars
  • Anticipate needs by studying services and conducting market research to identify new leads.
  • Provide reliable data to management to assist in decision-making for launching new products
  • Communicate Sales agenda and strategy with the Creative team and clearly relay what is needed in terms of designs and content

What You'll Bring:

  • Achieved or currently on your last year of Bachelor Degree in Sales, Marketing, Communication (other majors may apply if other criteria are fulfilled)
  • 3+ years experience in Customer Relations or Sales, either direct or support (eCommerce / Service / Gift industry preferred)
  • Experience in producing and setting high converting Ads (Facebook/Instagram, Google, Shopee, etc.)
  • Fluent in both Indonesian and English; Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Able to communicate with customers in a friendly and effective manner, as well as create well-structured Sales material
  • Have a strong work ethic and is eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Strategic and creative thinking to come up with out-of-the-box Sales strategies and inherent drive to push new angles and ideas
  • Able to identify opportunities for growing brand awareness and create high impact sales campaigns
  • Able to analyze data to drive decision-making, forecast outcomes, evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, identify market opportunities and potential new audiences
  • Team player who is self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Deep understanding of consumer insights; Up to date with trends and promotions in different consumer industries (fashion, F&B, beauty, sports, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Google Suite (Drive, Meet, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: Rp1,750,000 - Rp8,750,000 per month
