Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

The objective of this role is to support the Merchandising team to maximize commercial opportunities through the effective management of inventory

  • Perform Merchandise Plan (Analyze, Product purchase, allocation) in order to ensure the availability of the right products.
  • Perform Inventory Management to ensure availability of the right products Assisting Brand Manager to perform seasonal buying process.
  • Analyze new trending product/style in the market and gather information on market trends.
  • Prepare promotion plan aligning with new product plan in order to maximize sales.
  • Prepare product information to support product knowledge training material.
  • Monitoring and analyzing business growth by doing store visit and business review.
  • Maintaining good communication with principal.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor degree holder any field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years experience in FMCG/Retail Industries.
  • Advanced planning and analytical skills, including computer skills.
  • Familiarity with market research, data analysis and forecasting techniques.
  • Confidence in suggesting calculated risk.
  • Strong customer awareness and understanding.
  • Passionate about product, strong market and brand awareness.
  • Time keeping & ability to meet stringent deadlines.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
