Meiyume Indonesia is part of Manufacturing Streamline which focuses on cosmetic production, such as personal care, hair care, oral care, colour cosmetics products. Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope, objectives, milestones and manage its implementation, involving all relevant internal stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility;
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation to reach objectives in effective and efficient manner;
  • Coordinate with internal resources and third parties/vendors to ensure project milestones are completed timely.;
  • Prepare and monitor budget based on scope of work and resource requirements;
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs;
  • Develop a detailed project schedule and work plan, track progress and make adjustment as needed, including providing project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about project plan, adjustments, and progress;
  • Establish and maintain relationship with vendors/suppliers and communicating expected deliverables;
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
Requirements:
  • Familiar with manufacturing utility and technology with analytical & good interpersonal skills;
  • 3 - 5 years of pharmaceutical / cosmetic manufacturing or relevant experience;
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, pharmaceutical, business, management, or relevant field.
  • English fluency for both oral and writtenl
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
