Roles and Responsibilities
Ensures that Projects in the Units are managed according to the processes and assist Units in project execution for large and complex projects
Deliver the projects in uncertain environment and support projects managers to deliver the results.
Creating project schedule and procurement plan to ensure smooth project execution in timely manner with quality within cost
Defines and develops tools to improve the efficiencies and effectiveness of the operations.
Implement actions for Continuous Improvement to streamline the way we operate to drive productivity up
Providing cost-effective execution of project milestones in accordance with contract specifications and quality standards to maintain and improve project margin
Creating and delivering scope-specific work plans and budgets, alongside risk assessments
Identifies and evaluates risk and opportunity assessments and ensuring implementation of resulting actions in one’s area of responsibility
Preparing and presenting Project Management Review (PMR) to management
Managing and coordinating with customers/contractors in project execution in line with GE project management handbook
Executing projects in accordance with GE Grid process and core values of safety and integrity
Building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
Drive Customer Quality complaints & Non-conformity of Product with different stake holders on root cause analysis and resolution process
Report/resolve any non-conformances and process in a timely manner
Demonstrate EHS and compliance ensuring Zero Deviation
Identifies and evaluate EHS and compliance risks and proposes practical measures
To secure Variations Orders & negotiating claims with customer & sub-contractors
Support tendering/sales with Return of Experience
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with more than 10 years of relevant experience
Experience in team management and proven ability to lead & manage large scale projects
Knowledge of Grid Products such as Gas Insulated switchgear (GIS), Air Insulated switchgear (AIS), Power Transformers, protection relays and Substation system will be an advantage
Knowledge of MS Office, SAP and Microsoft projects, Salesforce.
Fluent in Bahasa and English Language
