Responsible for managing and developing human resources including planning, implementing and supervising human resources and developing the quality of human resources.
Responsible for the fulfillment of all hiring needs by the company
Conduct and oversee the process of recruitment, selection, to employee employment contracts
Develop a recruitment strategy and evaluate the current recruitment system
Networking with relevant stakeholders as a source of labor such as the Manpower Office, Community Leaders, Educational Institutions, etc.
Education Min. S1 Psychology / HR Management
Have experience as a Recruiter Min. 2 years
Able to use measuring tools in employee selection
Have good communication and negotiation skills
Preferably have at least 1 Certified HR (Recruitment and Selection)
