Persyaratan
  • Fluent in english (active).
  • Minimum 10 years experience in garment industry as QC Manager.
  • Familiar with GAP/Target/Wallmart quality initiative .
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Keen attention to detail.
  • Basic computer and math skills to calibrate and measure specifications.
  • Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers and computers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving (root cause) skills.
  • Good planning and organizing skill.
  • Good leadership skill.
  • In-depth understanding of company standards.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of federal and industry standards and best practices.
  • Understanding of target market and consumer needs.
  • Blueprint reading capabilities.
  • Documentation and reporting skills.
  • Teamwork and collaboration.

  • Setting quality standards for the factory following buyer’s requirements and guidance for each departments and processes.
  • Establish SOPs for production and preparatory processes to get right first time quality from each process.
  • When established quality standards are there in a company they need to follow and control the factory quality standard.
  • Develop and maintain training programs in conjunction with the Human Resources to ensure that all personnel have the necessary skills to perform their duties safely and productively.
  • Provide managerial leadership to quality control personnels.
  • Solving quality issues in production in order to meet customer's requirement.
  • Schedule the assigned inspections.
  • Conduct general inspection procedure (inspection arrangement, middle stage inspection, final inspection, in-process QC inspection, etc.) according to operation guidelines, inspection checklists and any special instructions provided by the company.
  • Document and update inspection results by completing reports and logs.
  • Detect potential issues/problems and provide alternate solutions during the inspection.
  • Ensure the quality of goods and the shipment is on schedule.
  • Follow up & Onsite tracking of CAPA & factory assessment if needed.
