1. Contribute to win sales and growth of Knox B2B business in South East Asia and East Asia Region.
2. Design and Execute and maintain ISV and SI Partner Program Model with collaboration with local and regional subsidiaries: 
  • Partner recruitment 
  • Partner agreement model 
  • Go to Market plan and strategy 
  • Create and maintain partner solution catalogue
3. Maintain and manage relationship with current or prospective partners.
4. Acquire a thorough understanding of Enterprise needs and requirements in each vertical industry and provide analysis and decision to engage business with Local or Regional or Global Partner, ISV/SI.

Rôle et Responsabilités

1. Expand the relationships with Local Subsidiaries B2B Sales Team and HQ GMBT through continuous interaction and support for demand generation on each vertical industry.

2. Provide relevant knowledge update to Partner and Subsidiaries Level by involved in delivering workshop and training.

3. Represent the company in relevant enterprise customer facing activities as tradeshow, conferences, etc.

4. Prepare regular reports of progress and create weekly report for internal stakeholders for supports activity and BO contribution recognition.

Skills and Qualifications

1. A bachelor's or master's degree in business, science, or a similar discipline, or comparable work experience in the industry.

2. Minimum 4 years of successful IT consultative, Technical Account Management or Partner Account Management with experience in generating demand and driving business model.

3. Knowledge concept of Enterprise Mobility Management.

4. Knowledge of Android Enterprise Platform.

5. Use case analysis and problem solving.

6. Market analysis on regions, verticals, technology and segments.

7. Proficient in MS office suite

8. English mandatory.

9. Result driven and action oriented.

10. Strong Negotiation skill.

11. Proven ability to drive revenue contribution through creative sales support activity and partner revenue generation.

12. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational and political levels and ability to work with people at all levels of the organization, at C-suite level as at operational level.

13. Excellent organizational skills

14. Extensive knowledge of the business's goals and the business's strategies and tactics to achieve them.

15. Ability to assess customer needs and market trends within the context of product and business capabilities and the ability to translate this assessment into workable tactics.

16. Ability to interact with diplomacy and tact while maintaining appropriate assertiveness and persistence.

17. The position requires travel within the territory coverage and frequent meetings in headquarters.
