Managing PMN Case Monitoring Team
Manage PMN Case Monitoring team, who are responsible to deliver:
1. Coordinating Case Monitoring team
2. Checking completeness and validity documents according to the SOP.
3. Analyze and approved case monitoring case based on authority limit
4. Maintain and improve service standard and turnaround time within agreed SLA.
5. Give the guidance and solution for problem case received in PMN team
6. Improvement of product & system knowledge of team members
7. To ensure that no backlog in case monitoring team by monitoring dashboard
8. Thinking independently and automation by enhance PMN system
