As a Senior Associate, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Preferred skills

  • Has experience in SAP implementation project
  • Has extensive knowledge in SAP ARIBA/SAP HCM/SuccessFactors
  • Knowledge and/or practical experience of information technology: strategy, implementation, operation, project management
  • Can identify technical issues within the context of the client’s business; solution-oriented; sharp analytical skills and strategic thinking

Minimum years experience required

  • Has 5 – 7 years professional experience in a consulting firm (as consultant)

Additional application instructions

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a reputable Universities university, preferably from in Information Technology/Information System/Computer Science/Industrial Engineering/Engineering
  • Takes proactive action for self-learning and proposes ways to apply or refresh skills and knowledge in own area/team; highly motivated and confidence
  • Good team player
  • Strong project management skill and excellent report writing skills.
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must essential (speaking and writing)
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skill to build and sustain relationships with all people at all level throughout the organization; client-focused; positive attitude
  • Good attention to details
