Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Provide legal protection and risk management advice to management especially on contract management
  • Review legal advice on tender documents
  • Review progress of outstanding litigation
  • Review ongoing cases and advice management accordingly
  • Controlling all license and permits the company business
  • Co-ordinate with relevant partners and agencies
  • Monitor and update rules and regulations regarding the business of the company
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent
  • At least 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Preferably staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Law / Legal Services or equivalent
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Ability to grasp new areas of law and policy
  • Ability to work in teams and develop partnerships and networks in the areas of work
