Job Description

Location: Indonesia Department: Supply Chain & Logistics Location: Indonesia Job Description 1. Managing and Responsible for All the E2E Operations and Achievement inside and from the Facility through collaboration between functions and resources.
2. Achieve and Monitoring Performance, Targets, Capacity, productivity, and participate actively in the dynamic decision changes in respond to the daily volume and network changes.
3. Ensuring all the resources is planned, available to support the operations in optimal manner.
4. Lead the day-to-day relationships and manage the Supervisors and Team Leaders activities and companies that operate in the FOB facility to meet with the operation target result.
5. Oversee the hiring, training and development of FOB Team Member through a close working relationship with LL HR Team.
6. Ensuring that the FOB Operations follow the Company Regulations, Values, HSSE, Data Integrity and Safety etc., ensure data accuracy, integrity and timeliness in the updating to package journey, and ensure that journey routing decision rules are uniformly and accurately applied.
7. Responsible for the implementaion of continous improvement mind-set and activities in the facility
8. Understand the specificities of manual and autosort equipements performances
9. Ensure the compliance to all SOP and ethical regulation of the Company by fighting pungli, robery, loss and damage of packages.
10. Understand the ulitmate goal of the network and all inter-connections between activities. All decidions must be quickly taken to the best interest of the 1.Customer, 2.Company expenes and 3.Network efficiency
11. Ensure the system and KPI and their dashboard are integrated and deeply understood for instant decision making
12. Continous overview of upstream and downstream FOB activities for fast reaction or escalation
13. Responsible for the preparation of monthly online campaign and ensure the good execution to meet the objectives and target.
14. Responsible fot Asset Management and Maintenance and working closely with Facility & Risk Management Team to ensure everything is recorded and managed properly
Job Requirements Decision:

  • Ad HOC Day to Day Operational Decision
  • Additional resources (manpower, fleet, tools, consumables)
  • Multi role activation on each function
  • Monthly invoicing approval
  • Service exception approval
