Assist in high quality service and food production standards in outlet and events.
Follow the guidelines for plating and buffet presentations.
Ensures that all the process maintains the standards of HACCO and ISO2200. If not report to the Manager on shift.
Assist the Stewarding Operation in Kitchens and Restaurants to achieve the highest possible hygiene standards, minimize operating equipment breakage and streamlined and efficient resources and equipment flows
Ensures only fresh products are used in Food and Beverage preparation.
Assist testing Food and Beverage in outlet and be critical when it comes to Food and Beverage quality.
Qualifications
Indonesian Nationality with a degree in Hospitality or Culinary
Has minimum 1 (One) year experience in a similar position in 5 (five) stars International Hotel Chain
Strong in Japanese Cuisine
Previous pre-opening experience in Luxury Hotel or international experience are advantages
Strong in leadership and business acumen
Excellent English communication skills, strong guest service mindset and people management & development skills
Great time management abilities to work within tight deadlines and fluctuating pressure.
