Conduct Project Management Plan and process according to applied BSI Infra Project Methodology.
Design and deploy new applications and enhancements to existing infrastructure applications, software, and operating systems.
Proactively learn and utilize new technologies, concepts and procedures as appropriate to customer requirements.
Review infrastructure design document to ensure the design can be implemented and solve customer business problems.
Review all deliverables, includes those which developed by other team members, to ensure the application is able to solve customers business problems.
Operation Tasks
Provide support to resolve customer complaint and improvement plan resulted from CS Survey.
Provide periodic report based on the needs of related organizations and/or customer requirement.
Responsible to initiate improvement resumed in SII document.
Analyze root cause, and resolution for any problem related to infrastructure and infrastructure application.
Review resolution for incident and problem to ensure the resolution are appropriate, comprehensive, and feasible.
Plan and control the execution of data center facility maintenance management.
Plan and control backup management process in accordance with the company’s disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Plan and control monitoring management process for all servers and other infrastructure tools managed in data center.
Conduct incident & service request management, problem management, change management, release & deployment and service improvement as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably specialized in System Administrator, System Engineer or equivalent.
Proven understanding and experiences in Email Server, Active Directory, Domain Control, Operating Systems (Office 365, Windows, Linux, etc.), Cloud Management, Back up system, hardware management (server).
Strong analytical skills and logical thinking.
Excellent problem solving skills.
Proven consultation skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Excellent in English is a must (written and oral).
Computer skill (MS Office : Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook).
Lead parts of sales calls/presentations in own expertise area(s) and lead related proposal writing.
