<Number of Subordinates: 20 persons Direct => 4 QA/QC Spv & 2 HSE Spv >

<Clients: Apparel Manufacturing/ B2B >

<Job Responsibilities>
  • Handle QC on All Factory (4 Factory).
  • Responsible for ensuring manufactured products meet set standards of quality, reliability and performance.
  • Collect, compile, and analyze relevant quality statistical data to obtain information regarding quality performance.
  • Responsible for increasing knowledge for QC staff.
  • Monitor product development processes to identify deviations from quality policies.
  • Conduct tests to verify the quality of raw materials and finished products.

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Male around 37 - 45 years old
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in Engineering
・Have a minimum of 5 year experiences in QHSE with at least supervisor/coordinator or assistant manager level for manufacturing company
・Have excellent knowledge in ISO system, 5S, safety procedures, Kaizen
・Have Business level in English for both oral and written
・Have excellent leadership skill, Communication and interpersonal skills
・Have strong personality, able to work in team work as well as independently
