Job Description

General Requirements:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree with an Information Technology, Engineering, Management and/or Human Resources focus:
  • Demonstrable passion for technology and Digital HR is a must;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Strong client-service mindset with good project management skills

Specific Requirements for Associate level:

  • Up to three years of working experience in a relevant field is an added bonus. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply;
  • Experience or exposure as an Intern - working in specifically Digital HR for at least one year is an added bonus;

Specific Requirements for Senior Associate level:

  • A minimum of five years experience in relevant fields;
  • Prior experience of working in a professional services firm will be added value
  • Strong understanding of how business processes work and integrate in an ERP/SAP environment;
  • Familiarity with Human Capital business processes
