BAT INDONESIA IS LOOKING FOR SR IDT MANAGER

SENIORITY LEVEL: Senior Manager

FUNCTION: IDT

SALARY RANGE: Competitive salary + excellent benefits + market leading bonus

LOCATION: Jakarta, Indonesia


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of IDT function with key objective to lead, define and drive IDT strategic innovation for digital transformation including roadmap, design, development, implementation and monitoring in collaboration with respective business functions to ensure alignment with total IDT digital strategy in the organisation.

Reports to: Head of IDT

Reporting Level: Individual Contributor

Geographic Scope: Regional/Local


WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Strategy and Planning – Translate group IDT strategy and Indonesia Business Strategy into IDT Digital Strategy and set up the digital roadmap working with Head of IDT Indonesia
  • Drive digital transformation projects in alignment to market leadership team and lead digital acceleration agenda related to new technologies especially for simplification and automation
  • Drive the transformative culture of agile and design thinking and accelerate digital mindset and skills for the organisation
  • Business Performance and Management – Work closely with other part of IDT group to ensure best solution to be implemented effectively and build strong relationship to solve business issues maximising the capability for digital technologies with various stakeholders
  • Facilitate effective project management by coordinating and fostering teamwork to all stakeholders
  • Monitor the project financial planning and implementation to ensure the efficient usage of the project’s budget for digital transformation
  • People Management - Develop, build, and manage an effective and cohesive project team with agile framework and manage the performance of the project teams in scope and work closely with staff to provide support and direction
  • Compliance – Compliance to regulatory IT Policy and governances alongside with the internal/external policy and procedure such as SOX compliance wherever applicable


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Information Technology or Management Information System or Computer Science. Marketing/Engineering background with Information Technology career also preferred
  • Experience of leading IT/Business engagement for geographical areal/large end market/global function in MNC companies
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Information Technology and Digital Transformation (Automation, Data Analytics & Insights, AI, etc.)
  • Experience in shaping and executing transformation for Digital Marketing (Trade Marketing/Retail system, e-commerce, Mobile apps, CRM, CDP, SEO). Strong systems knowledge and experience with other applications i.e. SAP, Sales Force, etc.
  • Experience in leading projects in agile framework working as or with scrum master
  • Considerable functional change management experience with advance stakeholder and risk management skills
  • Experience of leading a virtual team
  • Able to communicate fluently in English (written & spoken)
