We are looking for Line Coordinator who will be part of our team, based in Karawang.

HOW CAN YOU MAKE HISTORY WITH US?

Coordinate and lead Production shift team with the aim of achieving and

improving the key performance indicators

Create an autonomous, efficient and highly motivated team by ensuring active

involvement, execution and development of all team members on the daily
management systems

Ensures continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment
Ensure regular review of implemented standards, daily management systems

and practices

Ensure accurate input of all necessary operating data from the production floor

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A self-driven professional with university degree any major
A fluent English speaker
Overall Experience: 3-5 years experience in Manufacturing
Specific Experience: 2 years on maintaining or operating equipment
Ensures continuous and reliable operation of equipment, accurate adjustment

and fix the minor quality and operational troubles

Knowledge production systems MES, MPA, SPA
Knowledge of SAP, MINT, etc. will be an advantage
Knowledge and skills in applying lean production tools
Basic user skills of work with MS Office package: Excel, PowerPoint.
Willing to be placed in Karawang.
