Job Description

  • Support talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, reference/background check, and offer letter process.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Handle onboarding & offboarding process.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field, plus at least 0-1 year of relevant administrative and recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Confident & excellent in English, both verbal & written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
