Support talent acquisition efforts by posting jobs, assisting with the sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing, reference/background check, and offer letter process.
Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
Organize and attend job fairs and recruitment events.
Lead employer branding initiatives.
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
Handle onboarding & offboarding process.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or relevant field, plus at least 0-1 year of relevant administrative and recruitment experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of basic recruiting and/or HR principles.
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
Confident & excellent in English, both verbal & written.
At least 1 year of experience in the Marketing field, any experience from brand management team, FMCG industry, advertising agencies, or other related fields.
