YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain Global and Regional Key Account knowledge (e.g Strategy, general needs, market)
  • Set and execute regional strategies and targets for growth with P&L responsibility to achieve defined key account sales, volume and gross profit targets for the assigned Global and Regional Key Account
  • Investigate for further / new opportunities and potentials for Global and Regional Key Account in line with company’s directives and levers (e.g. cross selling) in Indonesia
  • Coordinate developments of Global and Regional Key Accounts’ site and regional buyers in Indonesia
  • Work in close association with both divisions, business units and Regional Key Account Managers to identify and implement customer focused initiatives that expand Brenntag product offerings, strengthen loyalty, increase satisfaction and differentiate Brenntag as the distributor partner of choice.
  • Build strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions by working closely with key principle contacts at all levels of the customer organization in Indonesia.
  • Manage and ensure timely response to Regional Key Account Managers, Global and Regional Key Accounts’ inquiries and initiatives originated.
  • Expand Brenntag relationships with key global and regional suppliers to create new product offerings, improve competitive position, reduce total cost of ownership and enhance overall profitability of the account.
  • Complete relevant periodic reports and admin tasks timely
  • Manage consolidation program, enquiry, RFQ and any GKA projects initiated regionally or globally

YOUR PROFILE

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in business, Science or related field
  • Experience:Minimum 8 years of Sales & Marketing experience
  • Location: Indonesia – Jakarta
  • Others:
    • Strong learning agility with the ability to make sound and independent decisions by relying on a mixture of analysis, wisdom, experience, and judgment when making decisions even in the absence of complete information. Highly self-motivation and driven.
    • Able to communicate and work effectively with all levels of employees within Brenntag and customer organizations in Indonesia
    • Good time and project management skills
    • Strong and fluent in English (verbal and written)
    • Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills and various platform (SAP, CRM)
    • Ability to travel within Indonesia as required to achieve business objectives
