Key responsibilities

  • Drives commercial intelligence and customer centricity mindset within own team
  • Own the customer experience by ensuring end-to-end shipment process is performed within customer requirement
  • Monitors all activities handled in association with logistic and services including Trucking, Customs House Brokerage (CHB), etc. to ensure it’s performed as per standard operation process
  • Maintains constant communication with customers, brokers, carriers, vendors and internal teams in order to maintain a good working relationship and resolve issues
  • Monitors performance against standards and recommends corrective action to management as well as identifying opportunities and recommending solutions to improve processes which result in faster service, increased efficiencies and/or cost savings
  • Provides analytical assessment of day-to-day issues, as well as strategic opportunities for improvement with the customer, and makes recommendations to create cost efficiency savings
  • Focuses on high-quality data to set a high standard for all the assignments managed
  • Build customer relationships and be curious about their business needs and drivers, in order to better serve them and identify new business opportunities.

We are looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field
  • Must have strong L&N and transportation experiences
  • Must have Liner experience (export & import documentations)
  • Knowledgeable in Ocean and CS will be a plus
  • Good people management skills & experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Solid analytical skills
