Qualification:
1. Previous customer service experience
2. Previous experience in a customer facing role, preferably one that involved any form of critical thinking.
3. Can handle pressure and high volume of customers.
4. Personable, energetic and excellent communication skills.
5. Someone who is an excellent team player and able to work effectively under pressure.
6. Should have the ability to converse with people of all levels and is well organised, efficient and effective
7. Must be fluent in English
