You will be working as part of Indonesia Jabodetabek Territory team that managed multiple business operations. Strategy and Planning team is responsible for developing the right strategy to win the market, providing key industry insights critical to decision making, and shaping ideal supply demand equilibrium while building sustainable business model.

This position is intended to support strategy manager by:
Managing multiple PMOs and special projects
Identifying key insights and root causes with a hypothesis-driven framework
Providing actionable solutions using robust data analysis and industry benchmarks. The key success factor for this role is the one that has strong critical thinking skills and project management (breaking down problems, creating hypotheses, test the hypotheses, and steering a project end-to-end while ensuring the results are sustainable)
The Day-to-Day Activities:
Managing special projects and PMO end-to-end; setting-up hypothesis and success metrics, creating experiments, identify learnings and reiterate, while ensuring stakeholders are carrying out their tasks and deliverables effectively
Leveraging statistical tools to interpret data sets and key trends/patterns that could be valuable for business diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
Crafting reports and presentations for leadership that effectively communicate trends, patterns, insights, and forecasts with a well-structured storyline
Collaborating with other department members, leaders, and other stakeholders in defining, prioritizing, and assigning relevant PICs to various deliverables.
Documenting the project's development and financial results, while ensuring optimal budget spend to balance continuous growth and healthy unit economics.
The Must-Haves:
Minimum 3 years of working experience
A Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Management, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or any other Engineering fields
Effective communicator to both technical and business audiences
Passionate about solving problems – love to investigate data to identify root causes and key patterns that could generate valuable insights
The Nice-to-Haves:
Strong foundation in data analysis using BI tools such as SQL, R, Phyton, Tableau, Power BI, Ms. Excel, or similar tools will be a plus
Relevant work experience in data analytics, business process improvement, management consulting, or PMO/advisory will be a plus
Experience in business strategy and/or tech industry would be an advantage
