Responsibilities
Conduct socialization, training and engagement programs from Human Resources
Implement company policy
Maintenance communication channel in area
Run a survey program for employees
Supporting recruitment in Area
Administration things about Employee Relation
Requirements
Bachelor Degree from any major
Outstanding interpersonal skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Good problem solving ability
