Job Description

Responsibilities

    • Conduct socialization, training and engagement programs from Human Resources
    • Implement company policy
    • Maintenance communication channel in area
    • Run a survey program for employees
    • Supporting recruitment in Area
    • Administration things about Employee Relation

Requirements

    • Bachelor Degree from any major
    • Outstanding interpersonal skills
    • Exceptional written and verbal communication
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
    • Good problem solving ability
