In this role you will drive consumer traffic into our platform with an aim to convert them via the planning and executing the different levels of our annual campaign calendar for the marketplace, specific categories or brands.

Responsibilities:
Campaign planning for category events, Super brand day and other major seller & brand marketing campaigns with Tiktok ( Consulting and EC Marketing background preferred )
Comprehensive understanding for Live -streaming content and product assortment strategy, capable of leading end to end category campaigns
Work as a campaign associate with key stakeholders to ensure the campaign running smoothly, including GMV & budget projection, promotional tools & traffic optimisation and seller growth strategy.
Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation with sophisticated daily & weekly report initiated to support seller and category improvement
Qualifications
Minimum Bachelor's degree or above

3-5 years of experience in consulting or e-commerce campaign planning & strategy with industry landscape understanding and structural thinking
Familiar with the key data metrics of evaluating campaign performance, analytical and data oriented
Good at communication and coordination of cross functional teams
English and Bahasa Indonesia language proficiency required
