Get to know the role
As a Partner Economic Operations, you will help us to ensure all the benefit operations are seamless and trackable from start until finish. We are looking for someone with a strong sense of ownership for their work, you will need to have strong attention to detail, and be deadline-oriented. The Day-to-Day Activities
  • You will set up multiple-segmented Driver Benefits on a weekly basis within the Benefits Module with our online tools.
  • You are responsible for the smooth and timely completion of Grab Benefits to drivers that have qualified for the benefits in the Indonesia market.
  • You will manage inventory for driver benefits with the first in first out method on a weekly basis.
  • Use data & contribute ideas on potential programs for utilizing the inventory benefits.
  • Analyze, evaluate and solve the benefits issue.
  • Liaise and collaborate with various stakeholders from different functional areas to ensure alignment.
The Must-Haves
  • Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • 1-2 years of experience in data & numbers-related positions, experience in data management is a plus.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; with a background in statistics, economics, management, or any numbers-related internship experience.
  • Strong in time management & documentation skills.
  • Consistency & detail-oriented is a must.
  • Advanced and above in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Have experience in operations management, logistics, warehousing, or related fields, which involves planning, organizing, coordinating, and controlling all the resources.
