GRADE: 32

JOB TITLE: Module Lead

FUNCTION: Manufacturing

SUB FUNCTION: Manufacturing

CITY & COUNTRY: Malang, Indonesia


ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

The purpose of this role is to Lead and implement the work activities within the level of module/nested and act as a subject matter authority & technical mastery on machinery process to support Equipment Owner..

WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR

  • Authorize on arranging rest schedule of each operator position in one shift.
  • Authorize on resolve plan down time for DMS execution (CL,CIL & DH)
  • Ensuring DMS execution (CL, CIL and DH) is perform by EO as per schedule and plan accordingly
  • Maintain and continuously improve product Quality and avoid wastage to meet the overall COPS figures for the department.
  • Lead EO in the assign module/nested to achieve daily target, and implement DMS accurately
  • Coordinate and support all maintenance activities to ensure smooth running of machines and reduction in downtimes. Devise core crew & ensure deployment of the same on the machine to facilitate maintenance related activities. Provide full support to maintenance team to ensure accurate completion of maintenance activities.
  • Accountable to support EO on performing maintenance and defect handling if necessary needed or assign as per task list by Team Lead & PE Team, and responsible to advance any further issues to Team Lead
  • Lead performance of 1 module in shiftily basis
  • Handling change brand in the assign module
  • Implement 3 key DMS (CL, CIL, and DH) plus safety & 5S
  • Responsible for 1 packer and 1 maker (SMD)
  • Being role model on giving good explanation on working and also building an effective communication as well as collaborate teamwork with the team
  • Support capability build of EO on DMS, technical mastery and Improvement Process (Kaizen)
  • Manage a team of 3-5 EO in one Nest/Module


ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • Graduate bachelor or diploma from Machinery Technic, Electrical Technic or any other related majors.
  • Have at least 2 minimal work experience as an operator/EO on a tobacco company are preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in order to be able to influence key partners (both internal and external) to own and implement the EH&S strategy on time and in full.
  • Willing to work in team
  • Good communication in English.
  • Experience managing production employees in a manufacturing setting
  • Familiar with IWS/TPM implementation.
  • Implement troubleshoot guide on IPS/UPS and or engineering design
  • Ability to manage a high volume of data and present in a simple, innovative and impactful way using all current systems to simplify and automate information management
  • Ability to prioritize and being resilient.
  • Effective leadership capabilities to motivate and inspire a team to deliver
