The opportunity
Under general supervision, responsible for moderately complex accounting activities especially for IFRS 17, such as creating standard journal entries, reconciling general ledger accounts, and assisting with the preparation of state filings, footnotes, and financial statement pages. Responsible as well for basic analysis with respect to specific areas of focus.
Responsibilities
Preparing journal posting for IFRS17 framework
Reconciling general ledger account between IFRS4 & IFRS17/IAS39 & IFRS9 and ensure the figures can be identify for any discrepancy
Preparing IFRS17 requirements for reporting
Preparing account set up in IFRS 17 ledger
Coordinate with Actuarial, Accounting, and related team to manage IFRS17 deliverables and within timeline/SLA
