Build and maintain good relationships with customers/tenants.
Carry out service activities for the needs and complaints of tenants or counter owners so that tenant relations operations can be carried out properly and effectively.
Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor all majors or equivalent.
1 - 2 years as a Customer Service Coordinator/ Tenant Relation Coordinator.
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Able to operate a computer (Ms. Office) and other software to support daily job.
High motivation, able to work with deadlines.
Innovative, disciplined, honest, diligent & have integrity.
Willing to be placed in Rasuna Said Kuningan, South Jakarta.
