Reporting to Sales Manager, your focus will be responsible to Establishing and owning the plans and strategies aimed at expanding the sales volume within connected solutions and services, IoT oriented with high financial engagement
Key Responsibilities
Exhibits extensive knowledge of the customer’s business, strategic drivers, financial requirements and can discuss and leverage strategic business value in conversation at the highest levels of the organization
Discovers at an early sales stage a business opportunity for Connected services and solutions (IoT) cloud based
Proactively leads, manages and executes the disciplined sales process from start to finish, anticipated customer needs and requirements ensuring that they are met every step of the way from sale to execution, acts as team leader internally and externally during the entire sales process.
Actively sees outs, plans and leverages internal and external relationships to drive business for HBS. Establishes strategic relationships or a vision for developing a committed customer.
Networks internally with HBS (Honeywell Building Solutions) and other Honeywell business groups to achieve full customer satisfaction with the best internal resources.

We Value :
Five+ years of business selling experience selling conventional service contracts, connected services and solutions (IoT, BI, Big Data, Energy Management) BMS, HVAC, Security and Integrated solutions
Customer engagement at senior levels; building long-term strategic and executive relationships
Customer expertise within Healthcare, Commercial, Pharmaceutical and vertical markets
In-depth understanding of the IoT, cloud applications and services, cybersecurity, Business Intelligence, Big Data and Energy Management for Building applications.
Overall understanding of the HVAC, security, safety, access control and fire detection for building applications
Strong ability to develop and sustain customer relationships
Ability to proactively present opportunities to the customer while balancing internal commitments
