1. Answer All customer and handling complain via live chat

2. Provide information and solved problem about the company needed by the customer

3. Forward customer request via the application

4. Inform General Inquiries

5. Follow up case to related division

Qualification:

1. Male/Famale Max age 28 Years old

2. Min Diploma degree 3,00 GPA

3. English Active (Writing and reading)

4. Strong Comunication Skill, Logical Thiking, and Problem Solving

5. Good team player, positive attitude and eagerness to learn

6. Positive social media behavior, positive mindset, high motivate, high endurance & attention to details

7. Typing test 40 WPM

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak

Gaji: Rp2.100.000 - Rp2.800.000 per bulan
