Job Description

A2B Outsourcing Philippines – PT BPO is looking for a Senior React Native Developer. You will be working for a company in Australia that provides valuable lessons from medical experts, video masterclasses, cooking demonstrations, recipes and meal plans to enable its members to radically improve their health through a low carb lifestyle.

Successful candidate must be a highly skilled React Native Developer that will collaborate with a small team of developers and UX designers to develop maintain the company’s application available on both the Apple App and Google Play Store.

You will be directly reporting to the company’s Technical Lead. The ideal candidate should be an advanced react Native Developer who can build dynamic, high performing, & responsive UI that will delight many of their subscribers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with a team of developers and designers to update and improve our app currently in both the Apple Apps and Google Play stores.
  • Create reusable, effective, and scalable JavaScript code
  • Understand the data and presentation layers of the web application’s front-end
  • Use additional JavaScript libraries such as Redux to manage the web application’s state, derive computed data from the state of the system, and make asynchronous API calls
  • Translate technical requirements into code
  • Test and update web application so that it can be used on all web browsers

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • English language proficiency
  • 3+ years of professional experience using React Native
  • Highly proficient in rendering components using React Native APIs
  • Highly proficient in JavaScript, modern JavaScript, CSS, & HTML,
  • Highly proficient in one or more libraries (e.g. Redux, React Router, etc) for state managing and routing in addition to React
  • Highly proficient in the use of NoSQL document-based databases
  • Proficient in using Git as a control system

BONUS POINTS FOR…

  • Experience with Firebase Auth, Functions, & Firestore
  • AWS Lambda functions
  • Proficiency using TypeScript
  • Having built and released apps into App Store & Google Play

This is a full-time office-based role in Legian Bali.
