Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Law.
At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in HR, preferably from Manufacturing Industry
Experience in handling training & development, recruitment, employee administration, employee contract and employee discipline
Have a good knowledge about labour law
Strong communication and analytical skill
Proactive, initiative, team player, discipline
Good command of English, both written and oral
Willing to placed in Factory Office, Padalarang Bandung
