  • Develop strong and trusted relationships with customers through timely and accurate communications
  • Managing member and non-member database
  • To Manage high volume of customer calls to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Resolve customer/member issues in accurate and timely manner
  • Maintain and update documents related to customer/member accounts
  • Provide data for management related to member profile
  • Develop new business opportunities in every customer communication
  • Validate and qualify new customers before referring to the appropriate sales team
  • Assist in developing sales and marketing initiatives
  • Assist in retail business
  • Assist marketing teams in developing marketing materials
  • Generate customer/member lesson feedback on periodic basis
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Professional Working Proficiency
  • 2 years experience in the same field ideally in Hospitality Industry
  • Maximum 30 years old
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Excel in Negotiation, Communication, Strategical and Analytical thinking
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Computer literate with excellent presentation skills and highly sophisticated communication skill
  • Written and oral with proficiency in English is essential and Japanese is a must with JLPT minimum Level N3
  • Willing to travel around Jakarta, especially during pandemic
