Our client is a multinational Retail company and they are interested to bring on board a Head of Logistic to be part of their Supply Chain Operations team and growing business.
Job Description
Manage and execute all logistic activities including but not limited to warehouse, distribution, export/import, inventory management, and customer service.
Optimization of all logistic processes and cost control.
Execute continuous improvement activities.
Concentrate on product orders and inventory.
Maintain good relationship with suppliers, consumers, partners, and manufacturers.
Properly follow the laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Supervise, guide, and develop the team.
Identify problems and come up with solutions to maintain smooth work-flows.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or other relevant fields.
10+ years of working experience in logistic preferably comes from Retail or Logistics industry sector background.
PPJK certified (sertifikat ahli kepabeanan).
Familiar with Customs processes and activities.
Ability to accept challenges and be a good problem solver.
Excellent analytical and organisational skills.
Demonstrate ability to lead a team.
Strong leadership skills and problem-solving skills.
Great interpersonal skills and communication skills.
